I'm British but living in Upstate New York right now. I've been running my horror website since 1997 and before that I wrote a horror movie review column for a now defunct magazine.
I'm older than everyone else here but I'm not one of those "old fogeys" by any stretch of the imagination. I'm still into video games, music and, of course, horror. Being older just means that I've had more time to enjoy the things that the rest of you have yet to discover.
I'm also not "stuck in the 80s" or any nonsense like that. I like to know all the latest stuff there is to know about whatever is popular just the same as the rest of you. I hope this board fills up with some interesting topics.

I'm British but living in Upstate New York right now. I've been running my horror website since 1997 and before that I wrote a horror movie review column for a now defunct magazine. I checked your site out and my head started spinning. There's a lot of content on that site. And it's so damn professional! I thought: when did this person have the time to possibly write it all? Now that you say it's years worth of material, I understand. Congratulations, it's a very cool place. I'm older than everyone else here but I'm not one of those "old fogeys" by any stretch of the imagination. I'm still into video games, music and, of course, horror. Being older just means that I've had more time to enjoy the things that the rest of you have yet to discover. HA! No, I think you're quickly going to find that I'm the "old fogey" around here. I hate everything new, pretty much. Almost everything. And whenever I do look at something and go, "oh that looks good," it turns out to be awful. But I'm not kidding - I don't like cellphones, Blu-Ray (until they release the movies I have to have), Twitter, or like any new TV shows. I was even skeptical about high-speed internet and now I can't imagine my life without it.
